- The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in order to service your inquiry or to make purchases by us is an Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR - the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the person is the party the data relates to, or to take action on the request of the data subject, before concluding the contract. Providing personal data in this case is necessary to prepare a binding offer as well as conclude, document and fulfill the contract.

- Your personal data is stored in our database of contact persons of customers, potential customers and suppliers and include (if you have complete information) the following personal data: name, surname, position, company data, e-mail address and telephone number used for business contacts. These data are stored for the time necessary for the purpose of processing: in the case of providing information about our services, preparing and negotiating offers for a period of up to 24 months after the end of this process, in the case of providing services or making a purchase by us in accordance with the period specified in the contract or in the relevant legal regulations, such as the statutory period of storage of sales and purchase documents or the warranty period.
- We would like to emphasize that we do not collect information about you beyond the information provided to us: handling your requests and inquiries personally or by your superiors and / or associates, or beyond those required to conclude a contract, implementation and documentation.
- The recipients of your personal data may be our trusted business partners (law companies, tax office, producers of the offered software), however, the possible transfer of your personal data will be related only to our ongoing activities and handling your inquiries or providing services, and the recipients of your data personal data do not receive consent to use the entrusted data for their own purposes. The recipients of your data may also be entities and institutions to which the data is transferred due to legal obligations imposed on us or it is required for the proper performance of contracts (e.g. the Tax office).
